What can you now claim or own, if you now believe in Jesus?
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Eternal means everlasting or never ending. You now have a life that will never end. The physical body will die but you will go on living in a new everlasting perfect body!
What about my past sins, wrongs and mistakes??
John 5:24 "I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.
Whoever believes and receives Jesus will not be punished for their sins
but will receive forgiveness and a new life!
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
