What are some results of receiving Jesus Christ?
John 1:12 ...all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God
God is your father and you are His child. Know this...you are His kid and all that He has and owns (which is everything) is available to you!
John 1:29 ...the Lamb of God (Jesus), who takes away the sin of the world!
You stand before the traffic court...you have charges against you...a DUI...speeding...running a stop sign…a man stands up in the court room and tells the judge..”I will stand in his place, put all of the charges on me” That man takes all of your fines and jail time you are now free to go..a clean slate. This is what Jesus did for you...He took away all of your sins, the ones in the past, the ones now and the ones in the future.
John 6:47 I tell you the truth, he who believes has everlasting life.
Our bodies’ age. Wrinkles, knee problems, back aches but here’s the deal...when we die we get a new one! No more pain, distress ,a perfect world...a perfect body...no fear...no heartache...no tears...and all this forever!
John 8:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
You now know the truth or the “solution” to all of the problems you have...Jesus...and this truth, this belief, this commitment to honor God and follow Jesus will be the way that will set you free from “chains” that may hold you.
The “chains” of addictions, anger, bitterness, loneliness, insecurities, selfishness, self-indulgence, judgmental, self- righteousness or holiness, Depressions, ( just to name a few)
Pray the following prayer with all your heart, faith and belief.
